Kayla is a passionate and creative dynamo who is driven first and foremost by a deep love for her community in Tulsa. She brings her experiences working on major projects in Chicago, Amsterdam, and Germany to the table. Before creating Lee Simon Design with Mr Simon, she rode under her own banner of Kleedo.

Ben’s passion for design centers around its ability to improve the daily lives of others, primarily in creating spaces that help to nurture the health and well-being of occupants, their surrounding community, and the environment. His primary project experience includes K-12 education, affordable housing, and master planning. He also leads our sustainable design efforts, including ultra-efficient design strategies such as Passive House and Net Zero, healthy material standards and wellness-based design, and everything in between. CJ is our Senior Designer at where he brings a rare blend of creative vision and technical precision to every project. Known for his intuitive design sense and deep understanding of architectural systems, CJ plays a key role in shaping projects to completion. With years of hands-on experience in both concept development and detailed execution, he is a driving force behind the firm's design excellence and project success.

DESIGNER

Jaynicks (as he is affectionately called) is traveler of worlds. He has a sharp eye for spatial planning and an agile approach to design. His strength lies in quickly understanding how people move through and interact with space, allowing them to craft layouts that are both highly functional and intuitively flowing. Whether shaping interiors or coordinating site plans, Jaynicks brings clarity, efficiency, and creativity to every phase of design development.

This whole endeavor would fall apart in an instant without Devin keeping everything running in the background. With skills ranging from business operations, accounting, client management, and keeping Kayla focused, she’s an invaluable part of the team.

Kadim’s skillset includes architectural design, advanced BIM processes and computational design. These skills were utilized in his previous project experience on exciting and innovative international high-rise projects, including the award-winning Hudson Yards in NYC, the largest private real estate development in US history. Kadim’s ability to support projects’ in terms of design, innovation, and project management is tremendously beneficial to our clients, their projects, and the partners we collaborate with.

His project experience includes high-concept restaurants across Asia, high-end residential properties in New York, public art designs for Beijing, and award-winning event spaces and experiential designs for Google.
